I have a fairly new Haward w3HP21404T. I have called dozens of HVAC and pool stores in Oregon and none will help. I just have this white pipe in the back of the Heat Pump leaking and I need to replace it. Pretty sure it's a special pipe with an odd size and it has a plug and wire in the elbow. Can anyone help me find a parts diagram or something to show me how to get to this part and maybe find a part number to order it? Should I take the bottom off the heat pump or something like that? I am not sure how to get around these fins to even try unscrewing or sawing off the broken pipe.
