Welcome to TFP! Most questions get very quick response from experts. I'm sure you've gotten no response because it's impossible to understand the problem without more information. Looks like you have 2 plugs there and I can't tell what's broken. Please add equipment information that the plug came from also a photo of the pump (or whatever equipment it was) would be helpful. I'm assuming it's a pool pump. Most of these have plugs are readily available. This response will put you back to the top of the list so please do add the required information. I'm sure you'll get an answer quickly after that.
