Brand new pool

I just got a new pool last November, and havent had to add a drop of chlorine, with my SWG.

did you need to add it in the first 30 days?

I did not. I was totally pool ignorant, and the pool builder set the SWG to run, they put salt in. I know everything Ive read here says you shouldnt run the SWG for the first month, but I did, and it has been fine. I have to think the pool builder knew what he was doing.

My FC is low, it’s under 1
Total chlorine is also low
Ph 7.6
TA 50
CYA it appears I have 0 or very low

My PB told me to only add MA, Chlorine Tablets, and Shock during the first 30 days until we move to salt. Can someone help me understand how to go about adjusting these within my PB limitations.
