Your pH is fine and will rise with your high TA. Just keep your pH in the 7's and your TA will adjust with it. CH of 400 is fine. CYA 30 is a bit low. Add stabilizer to get CYA up to 60. Your salt is lower than the minimum for your Aquarite. What does the Aquarite display say for salinity? How have you been chlorinating to get the FC to 17.5? Get 5 pounds of dry stabilizer dissolving on a sock near a return. Enable CSI tracking in PoolMath and put in your water temperature to see your CSI.
