Brand new Coleman 22' leaking

This sucks. Started filling yesterday afternoon. It's about 3/4 full now and I found water leaking under the liner. Probably a crappy seam on the bottom. I emailed best way already but being a holiday I'm sure I won't hear back soon. Either way I don't know what to do. I don't want to spend the money on water twice but my kids really are excited to start swimming. I'm sure we could still use it but I also don't want to waste CYA and chlorine.
Anyone dealt with best way on a warranty?

If you want to try to patch the leak so you can use it until the return instructions get issued use some food coloring along the seams to see if you can find the leak. Also check that any drain plugs are on hand tight.
 
We opened this year to a leak in our Intex. Had to check for the leak when the water was perfectly still. First thing AM before winds picked up, pump still off. Using a large syringe filled with red food coloring and water, I began checking everywhere. First the seams, then moving across the bottom following the grid pattern of the liner--nothing! It was frustrating, but seeing as the leak was slow (only about 1/4-3/8") per day I left it filled figuring I'd put on a mask and check closer when the pool warmed up.

About a week ago when vacuuming, I noticed a strange coloured speck in the liner. Turned out to be a hole the size of a flake of pepper. Because dirt had accumulated in the hole, it was camouflaged nicely until I vacuumed. I checked again with the dye and saw the dye pulled into the leak. YAY! It was barely noticeable movement. Not surprised I missed it the first time around.
 
You will see the dye being pulled toward the leak once you are close to it. If you are checking the bottom seams you will want to move slowly as so not to disturb the water too much. A mask and snorkle help when checking the bottom of the pool.
