Booster pump having trouble starting

Have a Polarus cleaner with a pentair LA01N booster pump, date on pump is 12/11/2015, pump is wired for 120V. Lately the pump has either been slow starting, or won’t start, just hums. With power off, I can reach between the motor & pump and turn the shaft, it seems “sticky”. Yesterday it wouldn’t start, powered it off, moved the shaft a bit, then recycled by cycling the breaker a couple of times. It eventually started turning (slowly at first), then ramped up to full speed. Been running fine since. Can one lube the bearings on a pump like this, if so what does one use? Can the bearings be replaced?
