Beta-Testers for IntelliConnect Firmware

To all IntelliConnect (only) Users...

Pentair is looking for a group of knowledgeable / power-user / self-maintainer type IntelliConnect users, who are interested in volunteering as beta-testers for the IntelliConnect firmware. Only IntelliConnect users at this time please.

Before conducting any beta-testing, you will be required to sign and submit a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), in order to protect Pentair’s proprietary information. This would include not disclosing any information online, regarding any new firmware releases until those are actually publicly released.

During beta-testing, you will be asked to provide timely feedback and at the end of beta-testing you may be asked to provide detailed evaluation of the new firmware.

If you believe the IntelliConnect firmware can be improved or you have any specific ideas on how that can be accomplished, participation here is a great way to voice those ideas directly to the developers.

If you would care to volunteer to beta-test IntelliConnect firmware, etc. Please private message (pm) me and I will get you in touch with the applicable Technical Manager at Pentair Pool Products.

I've got one two respondents so far and who have already contacted Pentair and signed up. Hopefully there will more.

If you send me a PM, I can give you the name and email of the person I was in contact with last fall and early this spring. I will tell you that I never received a response from him to the last email I sent in April after I opened my pool for 2024.

Maybe Ron @MyAZPool has more info from his Pentair contacts?

Really not sure.
However, shoot me a PM and I'll provide you with the point of contact and you can inquire.
To @jklocke's point, I will make an inquiry and see if they ever got around to establishing the beta test program.
