Same issue. I have a smaller paver, but the legs have stayed on the pavers while I’ve been filling the pool. I’m about 3/4 full but I am still having the same issues. Any suggestions anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.

The legs should push out as you continue to fill the pool. Your legs look pretty straight in the photo. The vinyl band holding the legs at the bottom should stretch a bit as you fill.
