Best Place To Be on the FC/CYA Chart to Avoid Vinyl Liner Fading

Hello,
I believe my vinyl liner has the medium blue color that is susceptible to fading. Regarding the FC/CYA chart, is there any information to support it's better to be on either the low end, or high end of the chart to prevent fading?

FC level should make no difference up to SLAM FC level.

I think UV is what fades the liner. I didn't see any color difference in the liner above or below the water level of the pool.
