Benefit to using a 20L over a 16L tankless water heater?

I have a ~40L (9.8GPM) tankless unit and it is 198,000BTU's, I think. The only benefit to the larger units is that it can heat a higher volume of water so that you can use more faucets at one time, for example 2 showers and a sink, or a dishwasher and a shower and a sink.

Depending on the size of your home, either of those may be fine. Just all depends on how many fixtures you foresee wanting to be able to use at one time. That is of course fixtures that are using hot water. Obviously the cold water does not matter.

I am not sure how they get a higher flow with the same BTU's, unless that's just the minimum BTU rated unit they have.
