Bend in steel side pool wall

After weeks of ground prep, a liner full of pin holes, and redoing our foam pool pad, we finally got the pool up and filled a little over a week ago. Now, I woke up this morning to see a bend in the pool wall at the buttress point. From what I have read, this means a high spot. However, because this is at the buttress we would have to dig the whole buttress down to lower it at all.

When we did ground prep, we did not raise the ground and scrapped off the highest points to match the low.

In your opinion, does this current condition impact the safety of the pool?
