When refilling the spa water, my understanding is that I should balance pH and TA, prior to adding Bromine.
Water temperature, pH, TA, CH are the inputs for determining water balance.
When I fill, my water is 65F, but my target water temperature is 102F.
I thought it made sense to balance the water before heating to prevent scaling of the heater, so I balance while the water is still cold.
Does this make sense?
Should I balance using the actual water temperature of 65F, or should I balance as though the water is 102F?
I'm just wondering if I'll end up actually balancing the water twice.
Thanks
