Bad day - found crack in my fiberglass pool.

As long as it's superficial that's certainly reasonable. Very frustrating I'm sure though. Some companies .... anything to get out of a warranty.

I guess this is something I should have insisted on as part of the install, but at this point, I want to see the warranty and evaluate their logic for denial. They make a big deal about their lifetime warranty but I think they may be over selling it. I've asked the pool builder to get me the warranty and a contact at Latham. We'll see what that produces.

Said anyone filing a warranty claim. Ever. Most warranties have so many loopholes they aren't worth the paper that they are printed on.
