Bad Batch of HASA Chlorine

Hey guys and gals:

Looking for some help regarding my HASA Chlorine. It's been about 7 days since I picked it up, and that jug has been in use since then. I dump around 18 ounces a day.

I poured the last 18 ounces from that gallon jug of HASA Chlorine. (See Image #1) Coudly and not much odor. It was a little cloudy Tuesday but wicked cloudy today.

I poured 18 ounces from a fresh gallon jug of the same batch of HASA Chlorine. (See Image #2) Clear and stinky, like always.

It's stored in a temperature moderated, garage in the standard four gallon plastic container. No sun exposure, no extreme temperature swings. Could it be bad batch or is something like that normal?

Probably bottom of the dispensing tank when they filled that bottle. Let them know when you go get your refills.
