Avia High flow fault

Recently installed an Avia raypak heater and it works for a few minutes but after 5 minutes or so i gat a “ high flow fault” is this because there is too much flow and should i consider plumbing a bypass or is it related to another issue?

Could be due to flow exceeding 100 GPM.
