Autopilot Soft Touch "Low Flow Warning" even after replacing tri-sensor

I have an autopilot soft touch which isn't producing chlorine due to a low flow error. After cleaning all the filters, I continued to get the error even though I knew it was getting plenty of flow. I went ahead and replaced the tri-sensor and new cable and am still getting the error. Trying to figure out if there's anything else I can try or what I should replace next. Cheers.
