Yesterday, I noticed the system warning saying lows amps/check cell, etc. The cell did have a little scaling/build up on it (I check regularly so wasn't bad at all) . I cleaned the 35/22 cell and put it back on. It still showed the same error. The volts and amps were both very erratic. The volts would go up to the high 20's to 30 and the amps stay 2.0 or less mostly. I went into the installer menu today and changed the power level from 2 to power level 3. After doing this the system is showing to work properly. It is around 25 volts and 7.5amps to 8amps fairly constant. It has been running fine for the past few hours.

What is the reason for this because it had been running fine at the old power level. It is a 30,000 gal. pool. The salt is at 3100 currently and has been confirmed by testing.

I have the same SWG and run my salt levels at 3500-4000. Not sure thats your issue but Id try upping the salt if possible. There really isnt much salt taste at 3500ppm so I see no drawbacks to trying it.

Id also check all of the cell connections for corrosion, water tightness and overall tightness. If anything looks browned/burnt, it might indicate a loose connection causing a problem.

Barring that I dont know what else to try.
