Hi all: I have a built in with an automatic pool cover 3 years old. All of a sudden the double dog clutch is not engaging to open and close the cover. The mechanism turns but doesn’t engage unless I manually do so which works until I stop it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello: I have a two year old pool cover that is not functioning correctly. The double dog clutch is not engaging or sliding to connect to open and close the cover. I have to manually engage them for the cover to open and close. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I do not have any insight on the issue noted, but I might suggest you give these folks a call to discuss it with them. Some vendors can be very helpful at troubleshooting.
