Automatic Pool Cover Maintenance - motor/parts?

Been googling maintenance for my Coverstar pool cover, in particular the motor , lubrication, etc. Coverstar wants ~$300 to $1,100 for annual maintenance, but I'm wondering how much of this is pretty easy to do.

E.g,. lubricating pulleys, greasing fittings, adjusting torque limiter

Would love to see a video/site that has a dumbies guide to this if anyone has found it!

Does anybody know where I might find Coverstar parts? Our rope snapped, but the whole wheel assembly on both sides are a mix and match set of parts; different types of wheel assemblies, different guides attached in different ways, the leading edge inserts are different on each side and both...
