Hi Would a Cover Pool installed in 1999 with a electric motor have a oil pump somewhere in box? I just got a new replacement cover last year and when we open the cover there is this light film on the surface. After a few hours it seems to go away or is in the skimmer I'm guessing. I don't think Cover Pools would do anything except say it is the OEM fault and they can't help. I have DE system and to remove the possibility of it being a super small DE leak I'm having the local Sta Rite pool company replace the Grid with new material. My picture would look exactly like the one at the top of this thread. thanks
