Atlas Lab Grade probe - readings drift.

I purchased the a number of items from Atlas Scientific
- i3 InterLink
- Lab Grade pH Probe
Also bought Orp and temp probe.
I am using their software Atlas IOT with a raspberry pi. Plan to move to REM once I work things out.

Readings from Temp are good. ORP is consistent (minimal fluctuation). But pH Continues drifting higher.

pH is a problem
pH reads fine when first inserted, But continues rising. May start at 7.4, but after several hours reads 8+. Spent better part of a week discussing with them. At then end they sent a replacement probe. After installing, i get the same behavior. Below is a graph from the software. It is typical of my many trial with the system. Spike are from pump stopping and starting (need to move the enclosure). The datasheet claims it is good to 100 psi. I have searched the internet and their are comments about the probe "leaking Solution".

Is anyone using the Lab grade Probe?
Are you able to get consistent readings with it?

pH is my main reason for installing the system I would really like to figure this out. I have wasted the better part of 2 weeks and would like to get this going.

Are there any probes anyone would recommend? I am hesitant to try another of their probes unless i know I can expect some success.

Is the pH actually drifting higher or is it just the meter?

Were any chemicals added around the times of the blips on your graph?

Post a full set of current test results from one of the recommended drop based test kits.

ORP has proven unreliable in pools that have CYA in them. Outdoor pools need CYA to slow the FC from burning off quickly.

Readings drifted, pH is the same.
No Chemicals added.
ORP is there for play. Mainly want to get a reliable pH reading. With the spillover from Spa, I get pH gains over time (But not at rate probe is showing).

Does the probe need to be calibrated every so often?

As for your K-2006 readings...
Let the TA drop to about 60 and it will help stabilize the pH rise. The continuous spa spillover will raise the pH due to aeration.
Keep you FC near the top of the target range for your CYA according to the FC/CYA Levels chart. Never let the FC get below minimum at any point.

You can save reagents by doing the 10ml test for FC/CC - 0.5 per drop of R-0871 is close enough.

The probe doesn't level out. If actual pH is 7.4 , in 12 Hours I am reading 7.6+. After a day my readings can hit close to 8. All while actual pH is still at or around 7.4. Probe is new and a replacement for last one. Concerned that readings drift upward with no change in pH.

I will work to get the TA down. I believe this should happen just by my adding Muriatic to lower pH. I will take a look at the FC/CYA chart.

In the meantime, and advise on pH probes?

In trials with first probe I went through quite a few calibrations hoping drift would correct. But probe should be passing a constant Millivolt signal. Calibration would bring readings to agreement. but that Millivolt signal must be varying to pass the drifting pH. Guessing the comments on internet about the probes leaking must suggest the reference electrode is getting poisoned. Calibration will do little to combat a changing reference.
