Are the pool walls bent, or is the concrete beam uneven?

Good day,
Our pool builder has just installed the pool in our backyard. I've inspected it and believe there are issues, such as bent walls, and I need a second opinion.
I'm worried that the bend might expand and worsen over time. What do you think? Is there really a bend, or am I just being a perfectionist?
The builder stated that the bend is within specifications and there is nothing to worry about, and it can be hidden with stones; that is, after the coping is installed, the bend won't be visible.
"Derek spent a lot of time doing his best to get it as straight as possible but unfortunately there is a lot of flex in these pool walls. We have it within allowed specs. When you install your coping in a straight line it will cover the imperfection. This obviously is not ideal but it is the situation."

Welcome to TFP.

If that is the only imperfection with your new pool be very happy. It is fine and the coping will hide it.

Cracks? How many?

Show the relative locations of the cracks around the pool?

There are 3 cracks so far. It started with 1 and increased to 3 . The first one has expanded by 1 mm over the past two months. There are no rebars in the concrete; the builder stated that fibers were added during the concrete mix at the plant

That is typical concrete cracking for concrete without rebar or control joints. I don't think it has any structural effect on your pool.
