Aquarite salt reading does not match water test

My aquarite SWG is showing wildly varying salt levels. Today it was 5,100 - 5,700 on the instantaneous reading. A few days earlier is was showing 2,400. I had it tested at the pool store and the reading was high at 4,300. Why is the aquarite so far off from the actual reading? The system has a t-15 cell. Voltage reading is 25 volts and the current is around 8 amps.

Any thoughts?

When actual salinity is higher than recommended (2700-3400)
it can damage the components of your system.
Do this & report all readings
