Aquarite reading -

My AquaRite SWG, which is new, shows as the instant salinity - nothing. A minus sign with no number. The check salt light is red and the inspect cell light is on.

The actual salt salt in the pool is 3100 ppm.

I think the equipment is faulty. Does that sound right?

What are the diagnostic readings?

Turn the switch to off and then back on. Then, press the little black button and record all numbers.

Move the switch to off, turn the dial to 100%, move the switch back to auto, wait 30 seconds and recheck all diagnostic readings.

When you say that the display is blank, do you mean that the default display shows nothing at all?

Is the cell a T-9?
