I opened our pool a couple of days ago. The chlorinator was working okay, but had a few weird things going on which I rightly or wrongly attributed to a too-cold pool and insufficient salt level.

At any rate, this morning, the control panel will not wake up. It’s getting power. The fuse above the cell plug checks out okay. The LCD is blank and turning on and off has no effect. Any suggestions as to what to do next?

This is where a digital voltmeter will come in handy. Make sure the 220VAC is present between terminals 1 and 4 (Red wires) on TB1.
