Aquapure 1400 Code 170

I am getting Code 170 on my Aquapure 1400. Checked the voltages on the backboard:
1-8 > 81.4 VAC
2-7 > 71 VAC
3-6 > 21VAC
4-5 > no voltage

Cell Voltage : No reading at all.
So I replaced the backboard with a new one. No change. No cell voltage and still code 170. Any suggestions?

If you unplug the trisensor, does the code go away?

170 is usually a bad trisensor.

How old is the box and cell?

box and cell are 8 years old. Shouldn't there be voltage on the cell even if there is a problem with the cell?

There won't be a cell voltage if it's not trying to turn on due to a fault.

Do you have a picture of the box?

Those are over 10 years old. You're probably due for a new system.

If I replace the whole system, any brand/model you recommend?

Intellichlor, Aquarite and AquaPure are all quality brands.

Others probably have some recommendations as well.
