Anything else I can try aside from a cleaning for this thing ? We’ve had it 4 years and I don’t know how long the previous owner had it ... so it may just be done?

Ok. Found a diagnostic flowchart. This is what I get for the values I could test
110 dc millivolts at H and K front board
21 VAC at A and C ON front board
34 VDC backboard
33.7 VDC at cell poles (I couldn’t get a good test on the cell side of the wiring for some reason but with it plugged in and “lifted” enough to get at the power connections on the cell)
