Aquapalm Jbox issue

I started having a problem connecting my Aqualink PDA, the display is frozen at the WAITING screen.
I switched the PDA to learn mode and then opened the AquaPalm and switched to learn mode. I noticed the RED and GREEN light would not go ON.
I traced the 4-Conductor Cable and found NO CUT in the cable.
I replaced the battery(C2032) Aqualink Power Center Board, still no light on AquaPalm
I also replaced the Terminal Bar Connector 4 Pin, the AquaPalm is connected to and plugged in the Power Center Board.
Looks like I'm not getting power to the AquaPalm. Do I need to replace AquaPalm (R0441900) or could it be something else?

Looks like your red wire is cut. That is the power.

Absolutely. I found the cut cable with the red wire sticking out. Thank you so much.
