AqualinkRS4 spa not bubbling

Hi can somebody help me please!
My spa when turned on barely pushes bubbles out of the jets. I can block one or two and cause them to bubble and I can also push them thru connecting a vaccume to push bubbles but I think there is a air lock and I don’t know how to fix it OR it’s something else. Also gets to 90 degrees and won’t go past that on heating and I have the heater set at 104. Please please help, driving me crazy trying to figure this out. Thank you so so much!!

When there is lack of flow to a spa or pool, one of the first things to check is the filter. Has the filter pressure increased significantly? When was the last time you cleaned or backwashed the filter?
Also, check your pump basket, is there any large debris in it?

With regard to your heater. Do you control the heater with the AquaLink automation? Do you ever touch the controls of the heater itself?

In the photo provided you have the heater set on pool instead of spa, do you normally change that when using the spa?
