Hi,

Customer's system is stuck on 60% SWG output going by the LCD display on the Aqualink panel. When I try to change it using the up down keys it beeps and won't change. I have tried putting it into service and time out, changing the output but when it goes back to auto, the output goes back to 60% again.

I have also tried calling Jandy to add the number at the antenna to my list of devices but I don't think it their system it connected to the internet at the moment. I have no way of telling as the house is unoccupied right now. I tried adding another customer's system manually into my iaqualink app the following day and I get an error telling me that I need to be on the same wifi network as the antenna.

Any help would be appreciated, because if I can't stop the rising chlorine level, I may have to disable the cell.

If there is a RS485 wire to the AquaLink then that is what is controlling the SWCG system. It does not matter if you put in service mode. You need to disconnect the RS485 to the main board (at the RED connector) to put the LCD display back to manual control.
