Aqualink down?

Fluidra confirmed via LinkedIn that they are having an iaqualink outage. It seems to have taken my whole pool system (Jandy) offline too.

Fluidra confirmed via LinkedIn that they are having an outage. Even their phone system was messed up. I tried calling them at 3:40 pm Pacific time, and it said they were closed. The person I conversed with (via Fluidra's LinkedIn account) said there was no ETA yet on restoring the service, and they were surprised their phone system indicated that they were closed when they were not. My Aqualink system won't even respond at the panel.

I have been working with automation for the past 15 years, so I am accustomed to handling system outages and glitches. However, this is my first time investing in such expensive automation equipment that has many issues. I am still down in Miami, Florida,

The App was down for me most of yesterday afternoon but, like everyone else has said, it was back up last night but only for a while for me. This morning I can login but nothing else.
We just moved into a new house 3-weeks ago and the pool company just completed the install of the iauqua 3.0 system yesterday. So, the timing of this has been less than ideal.

Our previous house had iaqua 2.0 so I’m quite familiar with the system.

It’s helpful to read here that others are seeing issues. Otherwise I’d think it was an installation issue.

So interesting observation.
Since powering on my system this spring. I noted that, when using the web interface (not the app), the interface times out and i need to relaunch it. This was new behavior for this year. The timeout for that window was rather short.

After last nights outage, the web interface has been up the entire night and into this morning.

Wondering if they did a planned systems update. If thats the case, it would be nice if they informed people.

I’m still down here in San Antonio.

Oddly, the control panel doesn’t show consistent lights. If I push Auto it blinks once and not again. If I push the reset button it will blink once as it reboots and then nothing. Service and Timeout don’t blink at all.

The pool cooled off overnight, naturally, but without the control panel working I couldn’t get the JXi heater to come on since it’s set for Remote Tstat . So I went into settings and disabled the Remote function.

When I go to leg.iAquaLink.net website it shows the system is online. But the Web connection never succeeds to connect.

Since I just had the system installed yesterday there’s always a doubt that it’s my install that’s a problem.

The iAquaLink app is down. Can I adjust the chlorine production manually somehow at the panel? The AquaLink control panel is giving me a code of JA when I try to use the up/down arrow buttons to adjust. I assume because I have an AquaLink 2.0 module connected. Thank you.

Nope.

JAAquapure is controlled by a Jandy AquaLink RS or PDA, and the system is in AUTO MODE.

For me, the app is only partially working. I can now access the basic poll functions, but cannot access the "web" view, which has the more full functions. When I select "web," it is blank. Any one else having this problem too? Also, maybe Jandy should create an interface that doesn't look like it's from WarGames?
