AquaLamp pool light leaking

I was disappointed to find out this morning that my pool's water level had dropped 2 inches overnight. Did some investigation and it seems to be leaking from my AquaLamp pool light.

Is this something I should/could attempt to repair myself? Or leave for the pros (who could also hopefully warranty it, at least for some time)?

The easiest path is probably to replace the 2 gaskets (#9, #10)

Thoughts?

I decided to take a shot at it. Drained the pool and took the lights out. It seemed to be leaking from around the gaskets. There was quite a bit of rust.

Sanded down the rust and sprayed some tremclad.

Got new gaskets, faceplates and mounted them with some RTV sealant. Hopefully it lasts
