That is a good range once you are using your SWCG full time.

As you need to SLAM, it is much easier to SLAM with a cya of 30 or so.

Once you begin to monitor your cya and maintain the fc at the correct ratio, you should begin to see a huge improvement in water quality.

The pool looks like this most of the time, but will turn green just between weekly cleanings at least once a month, it never used to do that...thanks for all your advise and I will keep you updated. Happy Holidays!
