This has been covered in the past with different models but I have never seen any info on repairing the AQR-PRO board so I figured I would share some photos on my repair.

I already repaired this board years ago. The repair is the same as other units just the board is layed out in a different configuration.

This is my unit.

There is two different error messages depending on where you look in the info. The other messages says "check system no cell power 2".

The exact model I have.

This relay seems to always be the offending component.

When you turn the board over you can immediately spot the problem. This was a big ball of black char before I cleaned it up.

The copper trace had a lot of damage the first time I repaired it so at that time I basically made a big solder bridge over to some better copper.

Because of all the damage to the copper trace this time I used a jumper from some 12 ga copper wire to go from the supply to the relay.

And we are back in business.

I would like to add that I did check the connection with my multimeter and there was continuity between the supply and the relay. The connection at the relay is obviously very poor with little contact left so it's important to note that there may be enough of a connection for a multimeter but not enough of a connection to handle higher current when under load.
