Aqua Rite Panel off no lights

Last year I replaced our entire AquaRite SWG system after 16 years on our initial system and resoldering the current limit or several times. Now my new system is completely dead. I have 240 volts and a good fuse, so I’ve ruled out power issues. Is the board fried? We do have frequent lightning storms here, so that is entirely possible.

I wish I could help with the SWG but I do not have that one.. I can however help with things getting fried

I have all of them and have not had anything fry in house in years..

I would recommend these to start.. at least the whole house or the pool one...

I take this as Display and LED's not working. Maybe the U13 chip went bad. The below YouTube videos might offer some help.
