Aqua Plus Vs Pro Logic Automation conttroler

As our project nears the time for the installation of the pump equipment for our 15K gallon 17X 30 pool, I have a question about automation control that I would appreciate some help and guidance with. First, I have the following equipment, (1) Hayward VSP pump, (1) 2 speed pump (water features), cartridge filter, (2) LED color lights and SWG.

What I am looking to be able to do is set automation for VSP pump speed, water feature pump speed, pool lights, landscaping lights an SWG control

I am almost positive the Pro Logic controller will be able to do all of those but not sure if the Aqua Plus can control pump speed. Couldn't find any useful information on the Hayward site. Appreciate the bountiful assistance this site would be willing to provide.
 
Thank you for your feed back, just one other question for you or anyone that has the Aqua Plus automation system. How many relays are needed to control the 3202 VSP? I have seen in some places that 2 relays are needed if you are controlling the speed of the pump. Need to know this to determine if the 4 relays and 4 vale setup will be enough or do I need to look at getting a Prologic with 8 relays. I wan to have the ability to add robot automation in the future.
