AQUA LOGIC UNIT (2006) No Cell Power

Chlorinator off, no cell power, check system, no cell power one. The GLX-PCB Main board and transformer both test good. Replaced 2 relays K1 and K2.
Black and red wires to the board and rectifier has no voltage at all. Salt cell not working. Ordered a new board but wondering if I should just buy a whole new unit because of the age.

If you have no voltage to the board then a new board will not fix the lack of voltage.

Do you have 24V AC out of the transformer into the rectifier?

Don't know if the aqua logic has a thermistor, but they have a history of going bad in the aquatrol and aquarite units. The symptoms that you describe are the same that I have experienced in my aquatrol when the thermistor went bad.,

Don't find a thermistor for my board.

I was having multiple cell errors (cell not found, high salt/amps, no cell power) on my Hayward Aqua Logic controller. I carefully diagrammed and took pictures of the control board wiring, removed it, and sure enough the K6 relay had a burnt out connection on the back. Simply re-soldered it, put everything back together, and so far the errors have disappeared. Thanks for this information, extremely helpful!
