Aqua logic goes into service mode on its own.

Would extreme outside temperatures, if. 115 degree days cause it to automatically go into service mode.
I have Pentair variable speed pool pump.

Is the EasyTouch automation going into Service Mode on its own? Mine has never done that, 123F at my ET right now.
Is the automation box in full sun all day?

The aqua logic control panel was in direct sunlight, but is now shaded. It ran overnight but at some point,, it went into service mode on its own again. I took it out of service mode, and it started up again, but not confident it won't go back into service mode later as the temperature gets warmer, high of 115 today.

Sorry - I assumed with a Pentair pump you had Pentair automation.

Not sure why the Hayward system would do that. It is fairly old.

Possibly a failing control board.

How old is the box?

What is the serial number from the inside of the door?

What is the model number?

Do you have pictures of everything?

Control board is 15 years old, but was overhauled 3 years ago by B and L Enterprises in Tuttle, OK.

After shading the control panel for several days, the problem seems to be rectified. The pump ran all night and all day yesterday with no issues. I can only assume being exposed to 118 degree temp was a factor.

Is this just the key pad?

It should be the whole assembly with the key pad, circuit board and enclosure.
