Aqr-LTO-SV16 display is blank

Hello,
I have a Hayward Aqr-LTO-SV16, and the display is always blank. It has brightness, but nothing appears.
I tried to disconnect and reconnect the contact between the display and the board, but it stayed the same.
Any idea what could be the problem?

We do not see that model in the US to know much about its failure points.
