Anyone recommend a compatible T9 cell for Hayward replacement?

I have solid red check salt, solid yellow check cell, and CL is stuck at 2000. Tried reset, cleaned cell etc. No joy. Just manually checked salt and it is at 3500, so must be the cell right ? Anyway, seems Hayward's are $700-850, I presume there must be good quality non OEM options for less money right ? If, so , any recommendations ? thx

Experiences posted on TFP seem pretty mixed with non OEM cells. Though I have no first hand experience with non OEM cells, I’ve read enough posts about issues with them to convince me to stick with OEM.

Take the cell in to a Hayward dealer and let them check it. Would be a shame to buy another and later find out there was a fault in the controller or something mechanical.
Also, is the cell producing any chlorine? If not, use Liquid Chlorine in the meantime while working this problem out.

It is not generating, zero voltage. I am due a new one, this one is 4-5 years old, in South Florida running 7-8 hrs a day. Yes, I added liquid as I am at zero CL - so need to so a SLAM too . I just ordered the CaliMar equivalent for $325 with 5 year warranty.
