Any personal experience with the company BYOP (Build Your Own Pool)?

I've started forming the perimeter of our pool and at this point I'm considering signing on with BYOP (Build Your Own Pool). Does anyone have any personal experience, good or bad, in dealing with this company. I had an initial conversation with one of their reps and he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions.
