That would have been my concern: how the extra 90 will affect pulling that wire back and forth for maintenance/replacement.
If you have any concern about what an inspector will or won't catch, or say, about something, ask them first. Better to get their OK ahead of time, then have them call something out after it's built, especially if concrete is involved!! Some (like mine here in my city) actually appreciate and encourage this approach. It makes them feel like partners in the project, instead of "enemies."
