looking for T-cell replacement and found this from SaltPoolStore (saltpoolstore.com). It is about twice cheaper but with a longer warranty than Hayward's T Cell-15. Does anyone have comment on reliability of the product and/or the vendor?

I don't know about this one, but what I do know is, it seems like any time someone
tries to get a good deal on these, they end up with issues and it wasn't worth trying to save $$$.

Yep, avoid this place. Many bad reviews, wrong products, products take too long to ship, sometimes not getting what customers paid for. On top of this many people complain about the cells not lasting very long at all.

After hearing nothing for 3 days after placing my order, I reached out to them, no replies using their contact form and they never answer the phone. Canceled through Paypal.

In case folks are still considering this vendor......Just letting the board know that saltpoolstore.com has changed it's address to a fulfillment center in Knoxville, TN and it's BBB profile for that address has almost been wiped clean. It's still the same guys from Chicago, IL and Lexington, NC (IMO) selling CompuPool cells with absurdly long warranties so buyer beware.
