I'm not sure if the volume of antifreeze that was poured into the pipes at closing is even worth a second thought, but I'll be opening myself for the first time soon, and am just thinking that I really don't want this stuff to go through the sand filter at all. I used a total of 3 gallons, so it will probably be diluted enough by the time I fire up the pump that it won't be a concern, but I just want to find out if it is a concern at all.

Shouldn't be an issue. If you're really concerned though, you can just run it on recirculate for the first day as you bump-up the chlorine level to help break any of that stuff down.
