Anti-Freeze making pool cloudy?

Can too low of a Calcium Hardness Level effect clarity.
That's the only level I really am not sure on since I have a vinyl pool.
Pool is not crystal clear yet.
It is really the most annoying pool opening in 20 years.
The bottom is spotless but the water is just hazy.
 
I kinda had the same problem. My pump went out right when I opened, so no pump for 4 days.
After getting it fix and running, after 2-3 days, I shut pump off over night and let everything settle.
Vacuumed to waste with manual vacuum thru the skimmer, refilled pool and in two days water was clear and past all test.
I do have a de filter so I think it clears a little faster.
 
Based on all my readings the only thing off is CH.
It is low around 40. But other than that. I am not losing CL and ph and total alkalinity are staying in range.
I can fix and clear 4 other pools on my block but mine is the the one that wont clear up.
Frustrating for sure.
 
Wow, just got back from pool store.
And they didnt try to sell me every chemical they had.
Their numbers read all good.
TA of 109 I had 110
Ph 7.8, I had 7.4. Before all the CL I put in.
CL was off their chart i have it as 24 ppm
CYA 35 I had 35. She said this number was low.
She just sold me some ph decreaser and said to wait.
She said that sometimes new sand takes a while to filter out.
Dont know what you all think. But to everyone that sees the pool it is clear to them but not crystal clear to me.
So I guess I need to wait some more.
