Another mustard alge problem

Ok so I think this is mustard alge that I have been fighting and it keeps coming back. I’ve slammed 3 times this year and it keeps coming back water is crystal clear, did onclt last night and passed I always keep fc at 8
Numbers this am

Cc .5
Ph 7.7
Cya 40
Pool info 16x32 vinyl liner, Hayward 210t sand Filter penteir superflow vsp that runs 24/7
I have 1 skimmer and 1 return
Could my problem be I don’t have enough circulation

And don't forget to soak your pool stuff in the water for an hour, and wash those bathing suits. Air dry, no dryer, please!
 
Yes it brushes right up
I started another slam yesterday

Last time I did the slam and passed everything I brought my chlorine up to 24 and let it drift back down to normal and the algae came back within two days so my question is once I bring it up to 24 do I keep testing and keep it at 24 for 24 hours then let it drift back down?
