To lower your pH by 0.6, add just under half a gallon of MA (.4 gallon to be exact). Each time you do that it will also lower your TA by 10, which will likely take weeks or months but your TA will get to where you want.
If you are really in a hurry, you can use aeration to speed up your pH rise and shorten the time between acid additions so your TA ultimately gets to where you want it.
To add the MA, just pour directly from the bottle. I try to do mine in the deep end in front of a jet and pour it very slowly so that the acid from the bottle is about the same diameter of a pencil and get the bottle close to the water to reduce the splashing. In the summer I pour standing in my tanning ledge by the deep end. In the winter, I will kneel from the side of the pool and pour.
