I have a salt water, liner pool. The water is crystal clear, but i have a few small spots that have algae stains on the liner. I have tried extra shock, extra algae killer, brushes, magic eraser. Nothing helps. Any ideas how to remove these stains from the liner?

Are you sure the stains are organic? How are you testing your water and chlorinating? Have you tried to maintain a slightly elevated FC level for a few days to see if it helps? Tried rubbing a chlorine tablet around in that stained area? If there is any chance of iron in your water, try rubbing a Vitamin C tablet on the stain.
