algae help

hi everyone, I currently have some algae on my ladder and on walls behind it. My test results are as follows
FC 9
CC .5
Ph 8.2+
TA 140
Ch 160
CYA 0
Needing a little guidance to balance everything out.

I'll be the first to admit I haven't been the greatest at maintaining our pool this year. We are due to get a new liner, not sure when best time to install it would be end of summer or next spring?

Are you sure your cya is 0? I assume you've got a recommended test kit already? If you have algae, you'll need to SLAM. If cya truly is 0, you'll need to bring it to 30ppm, lower ph to 7.2 then start the SLAM.
