Air sucked into skimmer

I was vacuuming and the hose split, and the pump sucked in some air for about 30 seconds before I realized what was going on and got it shut off. What's the range of possible damage? What should I be watching/listening for?

Shouldn't be any damage. May just take a while to prime the pump and you will get air bubbles out of your returns for a while. Do you have an air relief vent on your filter?

Thank you. Don't think I have an air relief vent, after looking at it and googling. It's a Hayward S244T.

Just run your pump and the air will clear over time.
